Our quarterly challenges are a great way to get your fitness journey started!  They are 4-6 weeks and offered various times throughout the year!

They include:

2-3 Classes per week

Nutrition Coaching

Accountability & Motivation

Winners are determined by points for following through with challenge requirements (mini challenges, weigh ins, body fat % loss, class check ins, etc.)

Winners get:

A tee shirt

50/50 of the entry fee collected.

One FREE month membership at Mission

Their picture on the challenge champs wall 

and bragging rights!
