Michelle came to us in June. She's a very experienced instructor and her classes are always fun as well as challenging. She really puts together an amazing workout for any level. Her experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor allows her to modify movements with ease for anyone who would need modifications, but she doesn't hesitate to give you the workout you need!
