About the Class
This is a 30 minute full body circiut class using 4 stations working on a different muscle group or technique. Timed sessions to help keep the class moving and rotating to the next station during the rest period.

Diajuana (aka Maggie) is passionate about fitness, and it shows when she puts her classes together. She offers modifications when needed and takes care to pay attention to her class participants to ensure they are doing the exercise using proper form and technique.
