About the Class

A variety of different workouts that will change from day to day. You'll do some weights, cardio, floorwork, and body weight exercises. Uses various equipment and structures focusing on building muscle, burning fat, and flexibility. This program will be offered 5 weeks at a time and the name will change with it, but the workouts and program will remain exactly what you need!

Michelle came to us in June. She's a very experienced instructor and her classes are always fun as well as challenging. She really puts together an amazing workout for any level. Her experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor allows her to modify movements with ease for anyone who would need modifications, but she doesn't hesitate to give you the workout you need!
