Meet Our Instructors

Our team is made up of instructors who all take time away from their everyday lives to provide you with creative, fun, and enjoyable classes to keep you motivated in your journey.


Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Certified in Beatboxing Fitness

"Your journey starts with you making the choice to begin. It doesn't come easy to everyone and once you start, don't stop."


I found myself at my heaviest after retiring from the USAF and when I decided enough was enough, especially after losing my brother and sister to preventable health diseases. I began training with ISSA to learn all I needed to learn about fitness and nutrition so I could help myself and others. I have been a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist since 2020 and recently became certified in Beatboxing Fitness in February 2023.


My journey is far from over, so I say it all the time... we are in this together!



Yoga Instructor

Zoe Michelle Bradshaw finished her 200 hour at Soul Yoga in 2022, where she developed a huge appreciation for pranayama. She's also currently finishing her bachelor's at Salisbury University. When Zoe Michelle isn't studying or tending to her practice, she also enjoys embroidery and collecting rubber ducks.



Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Xtreme Hip Hop Step Instrtuctor

I'm Keedah, certified personal trainer and newly certified Xtreme Hip Hop instructor. I have always had a passion for health and wellness and became more physically active after high school. Throughout the years however, my commitment to being consistent fluctuated as did my weight.

I weighed my heaviest in 2018, and along with it came some unwanted changes in my health. In 2019 I decided to change the way I ate to become healthier. My weight began to shed!! Which gave me more energy and confidence to get back to exercising!


In late 2020 at the age of 43, I decided to become a trainer to assist, inspire and support others in achieving their fitness goals!

Maggie is a certified personal trainer certified through ACE since 2020. Maggie started her fitness journey eight years ago when she was still a caregiver. Maggie has worked exclusively with the elderly with mobility and functional training. Maggie is currently taking a stretch and flexibility course through NASM and specializes in flexibility and balance training. Maggie will soon be a nutrition coach through NASM as well. She has a friendly and warm spirt, and enjoys working with the public.



Zumba and Hip Hop Cardio

Allison has been dancing and performing on stage for most of her life. She has been trained in various dance styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip hop and African. She has been teaching Zumba and hip hop classes locally since 2018. She was a member of the Salisbury University Dance Company, where she took part in choreography and music composition for original performances. She holds college degrees from SU in Dance, Biology and Environmental Health. She also has a Recording Arts Specialized Associates Degree from Full Sail in Orlando, FL. In addition to dancing, Alli enjoys composing music and has had her songs played on national and international radio, stage and television, and was a finalist for ASCAP's Morton Gould Young Composer award. Outside of class, Alli enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and hiking.

Barre Fit

Coach Dara has been dancing since age 3. She trained at Salisbury Studio of Dance and performed for 9 years with the Eastern Shore Ballet Theatre in a variety of roles. She holds a minor in Dance from Salisbury University. Dara is certified in Zumba and has been teaching barre fit at Mission: Fitness Studio since 2022.



Yoga and Barre

Nicole became an ultra marathon runner and Ironman triathlete on her journey to losing 150 pounds. She now coaches high school cross country and swim teams. She started teaching yoga and barre classes to enhance the strength and flexibility of her athletes and students. Her teaching philosophy focuses on instilling a passion for movement and helping students to reach their full potential. She offers guidance for all skill levels so her students can trust their bodies and make informed choices, whether on a yoga mat or at the barre.



Xtreme Hip Hop Step Instructor

Rashieda is one half of the "Stepping with the Besties" team. She's a certified Xtreme Hip Hop Step instructor and paired with her bestie, Ny, she teaches Beginner Xtreme Hip Hop Step.

Xtreme Hip Hop Step Instructor

Nyoka (aka Ny) is one half of the "Stepping with the Besties" team. She's a certified Xtreme Hip Hop Step instructor and paired with her bestie, Rashieda, she teaches Beginner Xtreme Hip Hop Step.



Xtreme Hip Hop Step and Burn

Chris is not only an Xtreme Hip Hop Step instructor, he's a master trainer, so he's able to certify new instructors. Also, he's certified in Xtreme Burn. With his energy and motivation, he'll keep you burning fat and calories every time!
