About the Class

Fridays are for different styles of Yoga classes. Nicole is very skilled in multiple styles of yoga, so we set aside a day for her to get creative with her yoga teachings. Please check the schedule to know exactly which class she's offering. We do require that you bring your own Yoga mat for Friday classes as our mats are a bit too plush for these classes.

Power Yoga

With power yoga, the emphasis is on the flow from one pose to the next, rather than approaching each pose separately. The poses aren't disconnected from each other, unlike some other forms of yoga.


HIIT yoga is a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga asana practice. HIIT is a popular method of exercising with bursts of intense (100 percent effort) anaerobic exercise followed by brief recovery periods.

Yoga sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Core Flow

A challenging Vinyasa class that blends core strengthening exercises and yoga. This core focused flow class is an opportunity to build strength in a yoga setting. You can expect the sequencing to incorporate many blocks of strengthening throughout.
